Hola Dear Family and friends
This week has been good. It´s been interesting trying to learn the sector but it´s not too difficult. We have a youth named Julio who´s AMAZING and always leaves with us. It´s like we´re in a trio again. He´s 18 years old and is preparing for a mission. He´s our ward mission leader and really fulfills his calling. He´s always willing to do whatever we need. He has definitley been a blessing to us. On Sunday it was the dia de los santos and EVERYONE in Mulchen went to the cemetery to visit their familias who have passed away.Julio had the idea to go into the cemetery and teach the plan of salvation to people. It went really well and we were able to answer a lot of questions that people had about this life and what comes alter. Haha…but we weren´table to stay too long because Hermana Lopez was afraid of the cemetery….shehas only been in the cemetery one oter time in her whole life. Hahaha…the poor thing barely spoke. Hna Lopez and i get along great, she´s really funny like all her old comps said. She´s only been a member for 3 years but has an incredible testimony of the church. I really admire the people that have acouple years as members and then decide to go and serve missions. It´s really incredible, and they are able to help the people in a way that others aren´t able too, because they know what it´s like to be investigating someting new. We are still teaching Deborah and she´s doing good. Though she´s progressing slowly. She´s still one of the most intelligent people i´ve taught…and that is her downfall too. She doesnt allow herself to trust her feelings, which feels her mind with doubt. Teaching her makes me wonder how many times i haven´t recognized the truth because i didn´t want to trust what i felt. But she is full of Light and has a new jump in her step…ahh, the wonderfulness of the gospel. We started teaching a lot of new people this week…God has really blessed us with being able to help find and teach people. On Sunday the ward sent off 2 youth to serve missions! The ward is tiny(about 50ish people go every Sunday) and they will soon ave 4 missionaries. It´s great to see how those missionaries are the pride and joy of every member. Needless to say that on Sunday everyone was crying. IT seems so long ago that i gave my farewell talk in church! It´s great to see more people dedicating their time to go and serve the Lord. Well, that´s about all I have time for. I hope that you guys are doing well. I will send pics next week…the computer won´t let me do it today. I love you all and i hope that you are doing well!
